Spanning a 50,000m² shopping mall, 14,000m² hotel, 20,000m² office space, 129,000m² residential area, 5,500m² gaming and leisure zone, 8,000m² conference centre, and 6,500m² school. The project showcases masterplanning, architecture, urban design, landscape design, and branding.
