Naguru City, a Kampala Mixed-Use Development designed in 2011 in Kampala, Uganda, is an ambitious 50-hectare project by Landmark Africa. Comprising a 40,000m² shopping mall, 24,000m² hotel, 120,000m² office space, 400,000m² residential area, 10,000m² hospital, 15,500m² school, and 937 two- and three-bedroom police barracks housing units, it creates a vibrant urban hub. The project integrates masterplanning, architecture, urban design, landscape design, and branding. Initiated in 2011 with a detailed masterplan, onsite work began in November 2013, marking a transformative milestone in Kampala’s urban landscape.
