Inzovu Mall and Mixed-Use Development, with construction launched in August 2023 in Kigali, Rwanda, is a flagship commercial project developed by Groupe Duval and Duval Great Lakes. Planning preparations were underway by early 2021, with site clearing approved by March 2022.
