Kigali Heights, inaugurated in December 2016, is a prestigious mixed-use commercial building presented by Vavaki to His Excellency President Kagame. Spanning 12,500m² of Grade A offices and 5,500m² of retail space (net), this development showcases a seamless blend of masterplanning, architecture, interior architecture, landscape design, and branding. Recognised for its excellence, Kigali Heights won the Best Mixed Use Development at the 2017 Africa Property Awards and the Best Architecture Practice UK in 2018. Developed for the Kigali Heights Development Company, the project received planning approval in 2013, with onsite construction beginning in October of the same year, marking a significant milestone in Kigali’s urban landscape.
